The Precious Anoshiri Foundation (TPAF) is a community-powered initiative that brings people together to contribute to and benefit from Poland’s growth. We believe that progress happens when individuals of various backgrounds connect through shared values and purpose.
Everyone has something valuable to offer. At TPAF, we create opportunities for locals and newcomers alike to learn, collaborate, and grow. Through events, programs, and partnerships, we promote meaningful exchange—of ideas, skills, and cultures.
Based in Warsaw and active across Poland and beyond, we focus not on charity, but on partnership. Our goal is a future where everyone feels they belong—not by chance, but by choice.

We create spaces where inclusion thrives across all spheres, professionally, socially and culturally. With the singular goal of highlighting the equal value of every person in Poland, we promote professional mentorship, cross-cultural collaboration and community celebration.
Through city excursions, cultural immersions and a range of other engaging activities, we introduce expats to the cultural heritage and history of Poland. We also invite locals to journey through this with us.
We gather creatives, industry leaders and professionals from diverse fields to a conference, where mindsets are challenged collectively and insights are shared.
We provide mentorship and coaching platforms for both citizens and expats alike, empowering them to give back to the country.
With this seasonal initiative, we unite every member of the community, regardless of background, through acts of holiday gifting and auctions.
